ummm.... lets go home.

oh goodness, i am so SICK of school! I blame it on the weather...
but knowing me, who knows maybe its not the weather to blame at all. but in two days its Tanner's birthday and the mark for 6 more weeks of school!!!!

If I could be anywhere right now, I think I would pick Arizona. I keep hearing how lovely and warm it is right now. Or Texas, because I could lay in a random grassy field at night and stare up at the big blue sky at night! One whole year ago today, Tanner proposed to me on this type of night. It was LOVELY!

Valentine's Day

I got to spanish class, opened my backpack and a box of YUMMIES!

Sushi for lunch!
We recently discovered a little area at Brolums that sells "sushi"
It was quite enjoyable

Then I made some delicious alfredo pizza & tomato sauce pizza!(toppings were spam, bacon, onion, mozzarella, cheddar & feta cheeeees and mushrooms!!)
I will admit it was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!

we also had some spaghetti with chicken alfredo mixed
with a little spaghetti sauce with chunks of hmmmm chicken!
We had absolutely no room for dessert!

We also wrote love letters to each other
& had Sangeria and pretended we were drinking wine out of
champagne glasses. We wanted to feel like we were Italians!

Tanner also surprised me with a cute journal & my favorite pairs of tiny socks!
And I got him the Two Towers Lord of the Rings movie with
a nasty little statue of Golum

Then we spent the rest of the day doing HOMEWORK!
So glad this semester half way done!

PS this was our first valentine's day together!
Last year he was in Hawaii and I was in Texas!

not for me

i obviously was not made for the cold.....
I honestly whine everyday about how cold it is or how much i hate it here. but the truth is that i really don't hate it here, i only hate the cold. Its been beyond freezing the past couple of days... and finally, Tanner voiced his true feelings and said he hates it here!! He kept it in for a long time! Now all we find ourselves wishing for is Hawai... But really need to do whats best for us, as a family. We will have to see where 2011 will take us!
PS, i apologize to all my readers for NOT keeping up with my blog. I am currently taking 16.5 credits, which may not seem like tons... But 2 of the classes are studio classes, so yes, ITS A LOT!(Tues/Thrs- 8am-9:15 pm) And with my calling, RS 1st counselor, yes I am very busy, 88% of the time. But I try my best and will update on any exciting news!
