if there's anything i hate, i hate waiting. Waiting is the one of the most tortuous things for me, whether it be waiting in traffic, in line at the grocery store, everybody to wake up on Sundays or Christmas, friends to come over, get an answer. and when i no longer have to wait am i excited or happy? well im happy i no longer have to wait to hear from you but i don't feel the satisfaction of juicy strawberries. but thank you, i no longer have to wait for you.
i tend to make life more difficult than it already is. I like to hold my breath when i shouldnt, i tend to count in my head when im pouring water in a glass, i count when microwaving food(microwave already counts down for me) when im brushing my teeth i count.... When im in line for any reason i also find myself counting. And im sure there are plenty of other times . But my need for speed in life might very well be bringing it to a closer end. I am begining to think that because i am always in a rush, ALWAYS counting down, always freaking out about my current situation, nonstop complaining and overanalyzing everything i come across, i will live a shorter life than intended. I must relax... and breathe. Ive taken up running, trying out oil painting(not very good), napping is now necessary and thinking before speaking. Helps some but not quite enough. I pray that my time in the holy land of paradise, Hawaii, that i will learn to hang loose and just chi-lax. i need to take a breather and just be. No more tomorrow panics but now moments. Its time i think about now.
