pregnancy

yep!! After 2 yrs we quickly decided it was time!

 

 

For some odd reason I have always looked forward to pregnancy, always thought I was going to be one of those glowing, beautiful preggo ladies. Totally not me! I figured out I was pregnant at 5 weeks &, not even kidding, instantly started feeling nausea. And I have been throwing up no less than 3 times a week since! Haha but no more than 6 times! Right now I am 13 weeks & nausea has dimmed down, like 65% but still haven't stopped barfage. I am totally hoping I am going to be over that stage pretty soon! But I guess the "morning sickness" has been a blessing in disguise! My last doc appt we figured out I had lost 10 lbs! So hopefully that will slow down the weight gaining & help me eat wisely the rest of my pregnancy! I really wanted to announce our news in a funny way but it just hasn't happened, and we totally announced it already. Maybe we will do it just for the heck of it!
We are so excited & sometimes I have to constantly remind myself & double check that I am pregnant!

my grandma collects a lot of little random trinkets. the little mariachi plus dancers are a few of her newest edition. couldn't help but take some photos. make me wanna dance!

best pho

this was long over due but after trying four different pho restaurant (this being 2nd) Pho Vietnam 2 gets 5 stars(out of 5 lol)!!! just thinking about it makes my mouth water- sort of. I've been nasty sick and can't enjoy food so much these days but I would love to have me so pho any day!!

There is so much beauty to capture in the summers in Alaska.
I made sure to capture these little beauties. I have many more photos of flowers but decided to share my favorites. I have no idea the names of them except the lupine (second) and fireweed (fourth).  I am always astounded by the beauty we have in this world. Sometimes we forget that God is the ultimate artisit. All things beautiful were created by Him.
And I am so grateful for them.

farewell Alaska summer

Tanner and I really got to enjoy summer in Alaska.
Gotta give props to my man for this photo. We were heading out the door for a photo shoot with our cousin Brittany and I decide I really must get some photos in the neighbor's yard with some wild flowers. Tanner did pretty good! the shadows on my face don't bother me one bit! I realized I should trust Tanner more often with the camera

 

Pizzaaa

if you guys know me well, you know i LOVE pizza. It's basically a food i never tire of.
All summer, in Alaska, we would drive by Pizza Athena on our way home and i mentioned various times how we needed to eat there. Finally the night before we left tan & i made our way over and enjoyed this ugh-mazing pizza!!! definitely recommend!

We did it! All summer we talked about making blueberry cinnamon rolls- dutch oven- but these will do! They were sooooo MESSY making so I am not sure if I'll ever make them again but I will admit they were pretty yum! We just used our cinnamon recipe we usually use and then looked up a blueberry filling on pinterest. We invited whole Fullmer clan over to Palmer for game night before we leave! Was pretty fun! We even made a family video....
