Oh...
I made dinner tonight... And Im so happy!! The best meal Ive had since Ive been here in Rexburg... I made rice and enchiliadas. :) The rice was delicish.. My rice has never been soon good... And my enchiliadas were very good but made with different sauce, a little different but very comforting.. I felt so warm and very mexican.. I love my real mexican food.. and I wish i could eat some tapatios... I could cry just thinking about it...
